WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept multiple forms of online payment including; Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, and more. We do require a deposit before services are done, send us a message to get your estimate!
WHAT IF MY HIDE OR BONES HAVE BEEN IN THE FREEZER FOR MULTIPLE YEARS?
As long as the hide or bones were cooled and stored properly, it shouldn't be a problem! Send us a message so that we can let you know what needs to be done with it before you ship it to us!
HOW DO YOU CLEAN BONES?
We have two methods to get the bones cleaned. One is the boil method, this is can be done quickly and turn around time is usually a few days. The second is our beetle colony, this method does take longer, however it does offer a museum quality clean. We recommend the beetle method more often to get the perfect cleaning done.
HOW CAN I GET A QUOTE FOR SERVICE?
Send us a message! We can quickly get an estimate sent to you, some of our services are a base price and others are done by linear or square foot.
HOW DO I SEND MY HIDE IN IF I LIVE TOO FAR AWAY?
Salting the hide is the best way to send it in. Check out our video for how to salt it properly. After salting it should be wraped tightly in a bag so that any remaining salt doesn't leak out of the package during shipping.
